Another tropical smoothie for your tropical palette. This time with pineapple and coconut. Enjoy!
Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie
What You Need:
2 cups of chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup of coconut milk
16 oz container of vanilla or coconut yogurt
2 tbsp of coconut
1 cup of ice
Toasted coconut for garnish (optional)
How To Make it:
- Add in the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, yogurt, coconut, and ice into the blender and blend till smooth.
- Garnish (optional) and serve immediately.
