Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie

Passion fruit is rich in phytosterol. There are many benefits of consuming food with high phytosterol and one of them would be lowering bad cholesterol which then, at the same time, controls weight. Why not give this recipe a try?

What You Need:

1 mango (chopped in large chunks)

2 passion fruits (seeds and flesh scooped out)

1 banana (chopped in large chunks)

1 peach (chopped in large chunks)

1 dcl yogurt

Water

How You Make It:

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add yogurt and water (about 2 dcl or according to your preference) and blend. Consistency must be smooth, not watery.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
